Restaurant General Manager - Shulas 2

Shula's 2 Steak and Sports located in the Don Shula Hotel is a transition from a sports bar to casual dining with a more upscale menu. This high energy, high volume restaurant is themed after 1972's Undefeated Miami Dolphins and their "Perfect Season" - the only team in NFL history to finish a season 17 - 0.

As Head Coach (General Manager) you will have overall responsibility for the front of the house staff training, liquor inventories and ordering, cost controls and P&L accountability, marketing, open/closing duties, and maintaining company's high standards for food, beverage, service and atmosphere.
 

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a GM or AGM in a high volume, upscale casual restaurant
• Strong floor presence
• High energy and professionalism
• Strong background in staff training to achieve and maintain desired service levels
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Social media and neighborhood marketing experience * Degree in hotel and restaurant management is desired
