Nicola's Ristorante, an award-winning authentic Northern Italian restaurant located in Plano’s Shops of Legacy is seeking a highly energetic, professional, and customer service oriented Assistant General Manager. You will have overall responsibility for the front of the house operations to include hiring and training personnel, guest relations, opening/closing duties, and ensuring company's high standards for food, beverage, service and atmosphere are always maintained.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 -4 years prior restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- A very strong commitment to guest service
- Good wine knowledge
- Good job stability and excellent references
- Degree in Business or Restaurant and Hospitality Management is a plus
