Food and Beverage Director - George W. Bush Presidential Center

CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management corporation headquartered in Dallas  is seeking an energetic and professional Food and Beverage Director to oversee all food and beverage operations at the prestigious new George W. Bush Presidential Center opening Spring 2013.    CULINAIRE provides upscale food and beverage management services to a diverse collection of accounts including cultural art centers, hotels, restaurants and special event venues.  We add value to our clients' enterprises by maintaining a distinctively high level of quality in our cuisine and service.

At the George W. Bush Presidential Center, our company will manage the high end catering and banquet services for the approximately 15,000 square feet of meeting space and state of the art auditorium.  We will also operate a lunch only full service restaurant.     As Food and Beverage Director you will be responsible for insuring that all food and  beverage services are provided in accordance with the highest level of standards and customer service.  

What We're Looking For:

• Senior level food and beverage management experience at a luxury hotel, restaurant or  country club
• Strong leadership skills and abilities to lead a large team in the operations, catering and culinary departments
• Strong budgetary, forecasting and cost control skills and the ability to consistently produce profit expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with internal and external customers in a tactful and diplomatic manner
• Strong knowledge of  restaurant and banquet operations to include set-ups, timing, service styles and creativity with unique service and station presentations
• A bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is preferred
• Demonstrated a consistent career progression and be able to provide excellent, supportive references
