DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Director of Housekeeping who will be responsible for the strategic, hands on management of all housekeeping functions and the staff on a daily basis.  This individual works with team to successfully carry out all housekeeping processes, focusing on detail and quality orientation.  This position will have a heavy focus on training.  Strong background is a requirement, as well as large Hotel/Resort experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Previous experience in a  hotel setting
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple, competing agendas
• Proven ability to analyze work flow processes and implement quality focused change initiatives
• Resort experience is preferred
• Multilingual candidates preferred
