JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for achieving desired outcomes by managing the operations: superior guest satisfaction; high level of employee achievements; maintaining the condition of facilities, equipment and rooms to IHG Standards; ranking of 1 in Revpar in monthly STAR report. Responsible for leading the team in continually improving overall satisfaction of guest scores to improve the ranking of the hotel amongst its peers. Develop capabilities to recover from deficiencies observed or experienced by guests in time to satisfy the guests during their stay. Establish and document policies and procedures for staff and operations. Follow through on directions from owners and produce timely and consistently reports as necessary to communicate the progress and achievement of operational activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

5 years progressive experience at the front desk, guest services with a minimum of 2 years as a HIX General Manager.

A Bachelor's Degree preferably in hospitality or business management

Proficient in use of MS Office.

Excellent writing, inter-personal communication and people skills.

Ability to set goals, plan projects, measure progress and achieve results in defined time horizons.

Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills a must.
