The position of Guest Services Manager will  coordinate front office activities of the hotel and resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries. Assigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures. Confers, cooperates and reports to the Front Office Manager on hotel activities. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. Greets important guests. Arranges for private telephone line and other special services. May patrol public rooms, investigate disturbances, and warn troublemakers.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.  College Degree in Hospitality Preferred.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Six months Front Desk experience
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Luxury hotel experience is a plus!
