Boutique Hospitality Management has a position of General Manager available at The Artmore Hotel. It is a boutique hotel in Midtown Atlanta and offers an intimate oasis that is perfect for business and leisure travelers. The Artmore provides a blend of simple elegant style, unpretentious service and unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for a visionary leader who is driven to constantly challenge their own boundaries and create a truly unique experience for our guests, while developing a team culture that is dedicated to exceeding expectations for the 102 rooms and suites hotel. This individual must create a positive working environment, monitor sales and adjust controllable expenses accordingly, while maintaining operations with a vision to create an inspiring environment that brings people together. This individual will ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel's financial objectives.
The General Manager is responsible for maximizing return on investment through achieving the objectives of the annual business plan and annual strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to quickly set expectations for all involved. Ensure each and every team member is engaged to excel in their roles and continuously improve to exceed expectations of the guests, as well as be an active member in the community.

Prior General Management experience in a busy hotel required. Hands-on management style, corporate and leisure market experience in a boutique environment also required. Successfully working with diverse audiences and excellent communications skills are also sought. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, revenue management, front office, housekeeping and food and beverage.
