F&B Manager

The F&B Manager is responsible for maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, a high level of service and leading the team of Soho House West Hollywood/or Cecconi's West Hollywood, during each shift operations. The F&B Manager shall assist with all aspects of service during his/her shift to ensure the highest standards of quality in food and drink are served. Additionally, the F&B Manager must oversee the flow of reservations throughout the daytime to ensure maximum numbers are accommodated. The F&B Manager ensures that proper procedures are followed and service standards are maintained while maximizing employee & guest satisfaction as well cost control.

• Ability to work long hours.
• Detailed oriented,
• Good track records in managing people.
• Knowledge of CA employment laws.
• Passionate about service.
• Preferred experience 2 years, in an upscale restaurant.
• 2+ years management experience.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Some knowledge of Spanish a plus.
• Luxury background preferred.
