Property Accountant
Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel management company headquartered near Denver, Colorado. Stonebridge Companies operates over 40 hotels comprising approximately 6,000 guest rooms in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, and Virginia; and 6 additional hotels under development. The diverse portfolio includes select-service, extended stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels in primary and secondary markets.
We currently have an opening at our corporate office for a Property Accountant. This motivated individual will work directly with the hotels and other Property Accountants to support and coordinate administrative and financial accounting aspects for a designated portfolio of hotels
Utilizing great customer service and technical skills in a fun and exciting environment, candidates should exhibit the following attributes:
* Posses strong written and communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong time management skills
* Must demonstrate strong self- initiative and follow-through
General accounting and bookkeeping experience including A/P, payroll, general ledger and financial statement preparation required. Hospitality and SAP experience a plus. PC literacy in MS Word and MS Excel required.
