Sales Manager

Stonebridge Company a property management company for the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites and Embassy Suites is currently recruiting for a full-time Sales Manager. This position is located in the Embassy Suites Hotel and supports four different properties and reports directly to the Area Director of Sales. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, a self-starter, present a professional appearance, work as a team player in a close team environment with minimal supervision and work in a fast paced environment. The position requires the individual to conduct sales calls (predominantly outside sales call, including cold calls), solicits new accounts, be able to work a flexible work schedule, be a team player, computer literate and have the ability to learn new computer programs. Additional requirements for this position include: maintaining and obtaining new clients, meeting or exceeding client's expectations, responding promptly and professionally to client requests, accomplishing objectives in a timely manner and recording sales activities in a central database.

The successful candidate should have reliable transportation, prefer someone with outside sales experience but will consider someone with at least one year of hotel experience. In addition, the individual should have great written and verbal communication skills, ability to negotiate terms to agreements, execute agreements, create compelling proposals and negotiate local transient business accounts.
