The Hampton Inn Nashville Vanderbilt is seeking extroverted, friendly Front Desk Staff Members.
As a Front Desk Agent your duties will include, but not be limited to,
- responding to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner;
- ensuring 100% guest satisfaction 100% of the time;
- meeting hotel service standards;
- offering area information and assistance;
- checking guests into and out of the hotel;
- communication with other departments to fulfill guest needs;
- following through on all guests requests and take ownership of opportunities that may arise.
First and foremost, we want bright, vibrant personalities!
- Positive outgoing attitude.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Prior cash handling experience necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- OnQ experience a plus.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and must be available to work weekends and holidays..
