The Hampton Inn Nashville Vanderbilt is seeking extroverted, friendly Front Desk Staff Members.

As a Front Desk Agent your duties will include, but not be limited to,

  • responding to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner;
  • ensuring 100% guest satisfaction 100% of the time;
  • meeting hotel service standards;
  • offering area information and assistance;
  • checking guests into and out of the hotel;
  • communication with other departments to fulfill guest needs;
  • following through on all guests requests and take ownership of opportunities that may arise.

  • Positive outgoing attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • OnQ experience a plus.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and must be available to work weekends and holidays..
