Payroll Supervisor Needed

Phoenix area private employer is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead a team of employees and ultimately ensure accurate and timely payroll.

Job Duties Include:

Processing multi-state payroll for 2000+ employees
Leading and supervising a team of payroll agents to include; coaching/training/recruiting/encouraging team work
Creating and generating monthly ad hoc reports

Minimum Requirements Include: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years high volume multi-state payroll experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory position
• Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferences Include:

CPP Certification
Previous experience in a variety of payroll systems
