job description: The Pierre Hotel, one of the world's premier luxury destinations, is seeking a qualified individual who has excellent team leadership skills, who is experienced and hands-on in all supportive aspects of Catering Sales. Candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills. The position requires an ability to provide superior guest service in a fast paced, luxury environment.
job requirements: Candidate must have previous F&B background, minimum 2 years catering office experience. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written skills, professional presentation and demeanor. Must be able to interact with guests and inter-departments. Strong knowledge of F&B/catering sales procedures. Excellent computer skills required, proficient in Delphi for Windows, Word, and Excel. Good client and phone skills required.
