Admissions Coordinator

Support Admissions Committee and Senior Management in the marketing, administration, and coordination of all Admissions initiatives. Manage and execute the daily functions of the new member process. Specific job responsibilities include:
-Working knowledge of all Club facilities and services
-Knowledge of Club's By-laws and House Rules including the charter of the Admissions Committee
-Understand billing procedures, membership due categories and entrance fee structure
-Manage the entire admission process including applications and candidate eligibility
-Facilitate all tours and Club introductions during new member process
-Process all member elections and maintain applicant database
-Maintain all print materials for application packages
-Keep all Club Committees updated with current information
-Make all necessary arrangements for Admissions Committee's Annual Dinner, new member events, HAA functions, including annual recruiting trip to Cambridge
-Execute all correspondence on behalf of Committee
-Help develop Admissions marketing programs
-Bachelor's Degree
-2-4 years experience in related marketing or general hospitality (service) industry
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Must perform in a courteous, professional, and respectful manner
-Self-motivated and multitasked oriented
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and business style writing
-Ability to work under pressure with a variety of deadlines
-Maintain composure and politeness when interacting with all members
