Job Description:

Prepares and bakes cakes, cookies, pies, custards, and desserts while assisting the Executive Pastry Chef, keeping work areas clean and sanitary, and assisting with the purchasing and quality control operations of the kitchen.

Requirements:

Pastry degree or apprenticeship certification.

Minimum 5 years of Pastry Experience.
