KITCHEN MANAGER
Bon Appétit at Google is currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, reliable Kitchen Manager for one of our Cafes. This individual will be responsible for the overall efficiency and success of daily operations, managing one kitchen and 3 other programs. This individual will plan, organize, coordinate and oversee all culinary related operations to ensure a great customer experience.
JAPANESE CHEF
Bon Appétit at Google is currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, reliable Japanese Chef for one of our Cafes.
- The Kitchen Manager and the Japanese Chef candidates must have at least 3 years Senior level experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Must have good knowledge in all areas of menu planning, food preparation and production.
- Must possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, ability to build a strong team.
- Must have hands-on approach.
- Must have the desire to grow in their position.
- Culinary degree preferred.
