Job Description

Club Quarters is seeking Part Time (PT) Member/Guest Services Associates to join our team, mostly working from home.

If you are a self-motivated individual with a flexible schedule looking to put your excellent customer service skills to use consider joining our team. As a Club Quarters Member/Guest Services Associate, you will handle incoming reservation calls and work with our members to address their questions and concerns in a comprehensive manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment with emphasis on quality and meeting all required performance metrics.

Other responsibilities include:
« Efficiently manage incoming calls to meet all of the customer's needs using company phone and computer systems
« Complete all designated non phone work accurately and within required timeframes
« Communicate regularly with the team regarding customer concerns
« Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficient at typing, be able to speak clearly and confidently on the telephone and be capable of working independently but also as a part of a team.

After an initial three to five week in-office training period, these positions primarily work at home with periodic shifts in the Stamford office. As condition of employment for this position, you must have an office-like, private environment free from unprofessional back ground noises (pets, children, traffic) and a reliable high speed internet connection. Club Quarters provides all necessary work equipment. Applicants should be within 1 hour of the Stamford Office and be available for at least one eight-hour shift per weekend.

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or call center environments preferred. Windows proficient and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications a plus. Will train the right candidate(s) .
