F&B Director

 

The ideal candidate will deliver The Cliffs’ Lifestyle and continuously improve upon the exciting high standards of quality and service while successfully managing day-to-day operations, special events, member activities, menu rollouts, etc. for the food and beverage department.  You will coordinate the overall operations of those activities (members and employees), staff (to include F&B Supervisors), and interact with members, guests and vendors.  It is also important to develop and build relationships with kitchen staff to attain consistent sanitation and quality standards.

 

Additional responsibilities include providing associate hiring, training, scheduling and development for the supervisors and service staff.  Perform detailed clerical and financial duties such as Club payroll operations, handling of money/charges and managing inventory. 

 

The position requires a successful track record in promoting an atmosphere of teamwork with the ability to lead by example, providing excellent customer service.  You will have excellent time management skills with exceptional detail to follow-up.

 

Directly related degree preferred. Experience would include 3-5 years of F&B Management. Strong technical and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. MS Office experience a must.
