Seeking a career Pastry Chef with a great passion for plated desserts, production desserts, baking and management. This person will need to operate the department with true professionalism in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on details, quality, culinary trends and cost controls. We have a full service pastry shop that services our fine dining restaurant "twenty-eight Atlantic" (Breakfast 75-250 guests; Dinner 100-225 guests); our casual restaurant "Outer Bar & Grille" (Lunch 100-300 guests; Dinner 100-300 guests) and banquets up to 200 guests. twenty-eight Atlantic is the proud recipient of the AAA Four-Diamond and Forbes Four-Star Award.
Three years experience as Pastry Chef within luxury market
Eight years of pastry/ baking experience
Excellent organizational skills
Culinary education/ apprentiship preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
