A World Class, Costal Orange County Luxurious world class Restaurant and Bar concept located in Costa Mesa is seeking an experienced, success oriented General Manager with strong experience in world class successful Restaurant operations.  Candidate needs to have very high confidence and career aspirations, wanting to work to work a high level of sophistication and success oriented team.

Daily responsibilities include first class on hands training the staff, setting the dining room and bar for success as an industry leader, committing yourself to exceedingly high service and food quality from your staff, constantly training staff to work with efficiency and building alliances by recognizing guests and remembering their preferences, managing the reservations, promotions, farm to table and mixology and checking staff paperwork, inventory, labor controls and budget analysis.
If Candidates MUST have experience in the following areas to be considered:

** Person must be above average with high motivation, training and wanting to run one of Orange County's most successful Restaurants.

Looking for aggressive growth and career development.

On floor presence with affluent client communication
** Extensive service experience, training and mentoring FOH staff
**Full knowledge of mixology and wide creativity. .

** Food and beverage costing long with Menus development.

** Setting expectations and structure to ensure FOH is always organized and staff is held accountable and service standard are consistently at world class levels.

**Manage staff and customer recognition and loyalty programs.

**Be available for media presence on promotional events

**Menu development and full understanding of food and beverage techniques.

** Previous corporate training is a bonus
** Aloha and Open Table experience helpful

Weekly responsibilities will include, but not limited to, inventory control, ordering of small wares and office supplies, payroll auditing, menu development, consistent weekly staff training seminars and education. The ideal candidate will be versed in corporate restaurant operating procedures along with a fine dining or chef driven restaurant experience. Strong work ethic, good sense of humor, passion to teach your staff and a genuine disposition of an "at your service" attitude are necessary requirements.
 

Strong dedication to affluent customer demographics.

Experience with Luxury food and beverage service food trends and marketing.

Proven on hands staff and service training.

Luxury in room dining.
