JOB SUMMARY

As an Area manager you will:

• Drive the efficient and profitable operation of the assigned Casual/fine dining areas.
• Ensures that the dining experience is consistently provided to all customers by all staff.
• Store managers are positively led and empowered, quality store operations are maintained, and sales targets are reached or exceeded.
• Ensures that store managers understand the importance of timely rollouts of systems, procedures and programmes.
• Is responsible for the performance of 6-10 stores within his / her area of control.

• 3 to 5 years food and beverage/hotel management experience.
• Experience in being a Multi unit manager for a minimum of 2 years
• Having managed a large number of staff and a high volume casual/fine dining restaurant.
• Able to travel frequently within an assigned region.
