As a Catering Director  you will drive execution of the overall vision, planning, direction, and leadership for the Catering Operation to meet and then quickly exceed guest experience, operating and financial goals.  In this role, you will report to our onsite General Manager.  

Essential duties:

- Supervision of the total catering operations to include such duties as booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing, arranging for temporary help and equipment rental.

- Oversee and manage the preparation and service of food and refreshments, as well as clean-up.

- Directly supervise all catering employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases.

*Please note: This is primarily a Monday - Friday job.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and/or 5 years catering & management experience as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. - Prior experience managing a catering operation generating revenue in excess of 1M highly preferred. - Prior experience managing a multi-operational catering unit required. - Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to success in this role. - The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of customer service is critical. - Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required.  P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
