Successful candidate must have a proven track record in achieving excellent financial results through maximizing revenues, delivering exceptional guest service and building upon a loyal committed team. Responsible for short and long term planning of the hotel operations.

Responsible for all aspects of the hotel: maintaining operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly team.

Responsible for the direct supervision of the hotel's management staff along with the indirect supervision of all hotel employees.

Analyze previous and projected data to generate an accurate forecast. Respond quickly to changing market conditions and revise strategies accordingly.

Required to tour the operating department's daily making adjustments as needed through the management team.

Inspect rooms regularly with Housekeeping Supervisor and Engineering Manager.

Conduct weekly staff meetings and review future sales and operations efforts.

Motivate, coach, counsel and mentor all team members as needed.

Candidates preferred with:
-Four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
-experience in a related position.
-Advanced knowledge of the hospitality and business management fields.
-Must possess computer skills.
-Considerable working knowledge of other major operational areas with the ability to integrate and communicate information.
-Ability to make decisions based on general policies and procedures available for guidance.
-Highly developed communication skills to interface with executives at all organizational levels; owners, employees and guests.
-Strong Sales & Marketing background highly desired.
