Restaurant Server/Room Service Attendant
1.Be ready to work at scheduled time. Punch in no more than five (5) minutes before your scheduled shift.
2. You are only permitted to clock yourself in. Only the General Manager or Food & Beverage Director may authorize time card adjustments.
3. There is a specific dress code for the hotel. The Food & Beverage Director will review it with you. The dress code may include black pants, black shirt, black tie, black vest and/or jacket. All nail polish and jewelry must be tasteful; earrings on men are not permitted when on duty. One ring per hand and one small ring per ear are permitted for women. Watches and bracelets should not be worn while cooking.
4. Wear a nametag at all times.
5. Greet each guest and team member with friendliness, a smile and handle his/her requests in a speedy and accurate manner.
6. Maintain a professional, positive image at all times. Hospitality is our business.
7. Answer phone calls within three (3) rings. All calls are to be answered in a scripted manner.
8. Be familiar with the service standards for each menu item, and be able to present and serve according to Hotel and hotel standards in a timely manner.
9. Deliver food in a timely manner. Always pick up your plates from the guest.
10. Be familiar with all kitchen equipment, including how to use it safely, clean it, and sanitize it.
11. Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, floors, storage areas, utensils, equipment and common areas as specified.
12. Complete other duties as assigned such as restaurant clean-up/service and deliver room-service or other shift specific duties.
13. Keep all business confidential - on and off duty.
14. Turn in lost items to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.
15. Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.

Individual Requirements:
3-5 Years Restaurant/Room Service/ Hotel Experience
Highly Motivated
Micros Experience a Must
Flexible Schedule
TIPS Certification a Must
