Catering Sales Manager

Warwick Denver Hotel is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and aggressive sales professional to join our dynamic team as Catering Sales Manager.

Sell, coordinate and execute group assignments pertaining to all catering clients. Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to meeting space, food and beverage and special concessions. Effectively communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group's needs while maintaining a good relationship.

·         Ensure that company reporting systems are adhered to.

·         Ensure all hotel policies, standards and local laws are followed.

·         Participate in weekly and monthly catering forecasts, competitive surveys, and month end reports. 

·         Responsible for solicitation of new business.

·         Responsible for maintenance and growth of existing clients.

·         Responsible for site inspections, client entertaining, client visits and hosting receptions.

·         Participate in any ad hoc projects and or reporting as needed.

·         Provide recommendations on marketing for need periods.

College Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years hotel or related sales experience.
Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive and result oriented sales plans.
Require excellent oral, written and communication skills.
Require excellent computer skills.
Must have strong knowledge of corporate sales market.
Must have strong organizational skills.
