The brand new Hampton Inn DICKSON TN is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel GENERAL MANAGER.

This Hotel is Located  on highway Interstate 40 west .It is like 30 mile from Nashville TN


2+ years of previous rooms experience with  any brand, preferably as a GENERAL MANAGER, or as an exceptionally strong and talented - Full Service  hotels .Assistant General Manager that is seeking the next career level.

This individual must have strong BRAND EXPERTISE and is seeking growth to the General Manager level. Additionally this individual's management skills should be exceptional in guest and employee relations, human resources, training, front and back office systems, cash handling applications, payroll, sales, revenue management forecasting, accounting, leadership and team building. We are seeking an individual that understands perfection, the attention to detail and is results driven.

This individual must be dynamic and have strong multi-task abilities in front and back office systems, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, expense control, employee and guest relations, with proven service training skills, leadership, team building, and be "results driven."

The position requires someone with focus, passion & sense of fairness; to be directly accountable & responsible for all Operations of the F.O.; plus oversee Hsk'g & Eng. Depts. / Strong Operations and Front Office background / Brand experience a plus.

The candidate we seek must have:

·          2+ YEARS CURRENT EXPERIENCE AS A GM OF SIMILAR SIZE, STYLE AND BRAND OF HOTEL SERVICES OR AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER WITH STRONG ROOM OPERATIONS FOR A MAJOR FULL SERVICE HOTEL BRAND PRODUCT.

·          EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS IN FRONT OFFICE & HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT.

·          EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND TEAM BUILDING SKILLS.

·          ABILITY TO DEVELOP PEOPLE.

·          EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS IN BUDGETING, FORECASTING, AND PLANNING.

·          STRONG SKILLS IN GUEST SERVICE TRAINING.

·          MUST HAVE "EXCEPTIONAL" PREVIOUS TRACK RECORD.

·          RESULTS DRIVEN.

·          EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS IN BUDGETING, FORECASTING, AND PLANNING.

·          STRONG SKILLS IN GUEST SERVICE TRAINING.
