Excellent CAREER opportunity for an experienced hotel sales professional. The Sheraton Washington North Hotel is currently searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join the exciting and successful Sales and Catering team!

The Sheraton Washington North is located 25 miles from downtown Washington National Mall, Washington Memorial and the Smithsonian and 20 miles Baltimore Inner Harbor and BWI Airport. This full service hotel features 207 guest rooms and 5,000 square feet of meeting space.

As a Sales Manager you are responsible for soliciting business for the hotel, account management, finalizing contracts for group bookings, actively seeking new clients for hotel, maintaining relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and assisting in the development of Sales Coordinators.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years service sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good Business communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and team members.
- One year minimum hotel sales experience preferred.
- Team player and winning attitude required!
