Be Right Burger (BRB), located in the heart of the Reston Town Center is in search of an entrepreneurial, energetic General Manager to lead our flagship location! The right candidate will be a dynamic leader, detail-oriented operator with top-notch marketing skills and the desire to be part of the growth and development of a delicious fast casual concept.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Delivering on our promise to provide exceptional experiences to all of our guests and team members
* Driving sales through operations and marketing execution
* Managing P&L's
* Hiring, training and developing team members
* Monitoring and maintaining exceptional food quality and service standards
Candidates should have:
* A minimum of 3 years in a management role in a fast casual location
* A proven track record for driving business results through people
* Previous experience managing P&L's and day to day financials
* Strong people oriented leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Drive and determination
* Sound decision making and problem solving
* Desire for personal and professional growth
