Club Overview
Miramont Country Club is recognized as one of the most premier private country clubs in the State of Texas and has been voted as the "Best Private Club" in its class two years in a row by Avid Golfer. Miramont is located in the heart of Bryan/College Station, Texas, home of Texas A&M University. The Club is privately-owned and offers a wide array of first class amenities, including 22 holes of championship golf on a Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course, 15 elegantly appointed executive guest suites, exceptional formal and casual dining restaurants, an elegant ballroom and several private dining rooms, men's and women's locker rooms, eight stadium outdoor tennis courts, a complete fitness center, and an expansive swim facility.
Food and Beverage
The Club's dining facilities consist of four a la carte outlets, including a formal, chophouse style dining in Il Portofino, family and casual dining in our Mixed Grill, an outdoor Halfway House Grill and a luxurious 19th hole lounge. The Club offers breakfast, lunch and dinner services Tuesday through Sunday; the Club is closed on Mondays. Over 12 private spaces are available for catered events such as meetings, showers, weddings and cocktail receptions up to 420 guests.
Management Responsibilities
The Director of Membership and Communications serves as a member of the Senior Staff and is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy to attract new members to our premier private club community. The position serves as the main source of all Membership marketing, including coordination of all communications and publications (internal and external), website, strategic development, and analytical reporting. Develops and implements programs, projects, and activities designed to increase current membership usage of the Club facilities and programs. Provides information on the Club to prospective Members through tours, information packets, phone calls, and mail. Processes new Member applications and maintains Member files. Serves as a liaison between the Membership and management to develop services that are feasible and Member friendly.
Attributes, Requirements and Expectations
The ideal candidate will be a polished and enthusiastic person with an aggressive track record of successfully developing a strategic marketing plan as well as an excellent record of membership recruitment in a high end property. The candidate will be responsible to promote the benefits of Club Membership to prospective members in the Bryan/College Station and the metropolitan areas, such as Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin, while meeting or exceeding the established sales goals. The Director of Membership and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy to attract new members to our premier private club community. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining all member communications including club newsletter and any e-communications required. The Director of Membership and Marketing will also be directly responsible for the processing of new Member applications and maintain Member files. This position reports to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven and stable employment record at other reputable, private clubs, restaurants, or hotels. A compensation package will include a generous base salary depending on experience as well as standard benefits and perks. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or other business related discipline plus a minimum of three years marketing experience, preferably in a private club environment

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- A high degree of integrity to represent the best interest of the Club and it's Members
- High degree of competence with web and social media platforms
