Job Description:
Overall operation of multiple outlet dining service department.  Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and maintenance of department while maintaining excellent resident, guest, customer, and client relations.  Foster strong community inter-departmental relations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of retirement or adult home experience preferred.  7 years plus of direct foodservice operational management in fine dining, hotel, or country club  with inventory and purchasing controls knowledge.  Excellent customer service skills with contract management P&L accountability desirable.  ServSafe Certified.  Certified Dietary Manager certificate highly desirable.  Excellent knowledge of food and catering trends focused on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation.
