Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is in charge of welcoming guests arriving late at night, arriving early in the morning or making late reservations.

He or she must also:
Approve invoices
Write the day's statistical and accounting report for the management team
Prepare the documents required by the morning team
Nightly balancing of revenue and settlement accounts and reset the system for the next day of operations. Following up on requests and problems promptly.
Ensure that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures and maintenance of files.
Able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
Must possess a positive attitude.
Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a luxury hotel preferred.
Detail orientation, good with numbers and calculations, organizational and multi-taking skills necessary. Position requires weekend shifts
