SPiN! Galactic, is a galaxy of ping pong social clubs...and by ping pong social club, we simply mean a place to hang out with your old friends, meet new friends and play ping-pong while sipping a cocktail, or eating a snack, or perhaps watching a professional ping-pong match on SPiN's center court.

We are bringing the most trendy ping-pong social club to Los Angeles!

SPiN Standard at the Standard Hotel Downtown is launching soon and we are currently seeking a Bar Manager to join our one of a kind team! You'll be surrounded by innovative djs, a great staff, and a diverse group of guests that love to have a good time. This is where your job starts.

Of course you'll have to have an understanding of the basics in floor management, bar operations and back of house administrative duties. Most importantly enjoy what you do!

job requirements:

Minimum 1 year of bar management experience.
Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory control, product consistency.
Ability to create new cocktails, enhance the beverage program and grow the beverage sales.
Excellent organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties, staff, and guests.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
Excellent communication skills with both guests and staff which includes strong conflict resolution.
Ability to follow and give direction and respond with appropriate actions in a timely manner.
Be self motivated, customer service and detail orientated.
Ability to multitask with a calm sense of purpose.
Punctual and reliable!
