Spa Manager

Belonging to the elite and eclectic worldwide collection of Orient-Express, El Encanto is now searching for a passionate and dynamic Spa Manager to be part of our team and grand re-opening slated for March 2013.

The Spa at El Encanto will feature seven spacious treatment rooms, including a couples room and a wet treatment room. Guests can revive with an assortment of seasonal, organic and specialty body and facial treatments that enchant as thoroughly as the hotel's lush setting.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of previous management experience in a similar capacity with a luxury property; opening experience is highly desired. Must possess a leadership style that is positive and motivating with a calm and collected demeanor. A proactive approach to potential challenges and efficiency in a fast-paced environment are essential. This proven team leader must have excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is required. Familarity with the Osea, Amala and Intraceuticals skincare lines is a plus. A college degree is preferred.
