We are currently in search of a positive, talented, aggressive, energetic, creative and highly motivated sales leader to join our team to supervise and direct the sales efforts of this full service hotel.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of revenue generation at the hotel which include Direct sales, Catering sales, Room sales and Food and Beverage sales. The Director of Sales is also responsible for the development and attainment of sales goals as it relates to Rooms, Catering and Food and Beverage activity.
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of sales, including but not limited to, outside/direct sales calls, tele-prospecting, cold calls, tours, sales blitz, direct mail campaigns, competitive analysis, trade shows, and sales presentations.
Functions as a liaison with community organizations, committees, etc. and represents the hotel at community events as appropriate in efforts to further enhance the Hotel's image. Some travel will be necessary.
