Director of Security

Under general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, provides strategic leadership and oversight to Security at all properties in the planning and training of staff to assure the safety and welfare of casino and resort guests, visitors, and employees. Represents the Enterprise in coordination with all security, law enforcement and public safety entities. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree plus seven years of security experience with at least 5 years supervisory experience; casino, hotel and resort experience preferred or 10 years in security with at least five years of supervisory experience and experience as a Director or Security Manager of major casino resort facilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver's license. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
