Chart House-General Manager

The Chart House restaurant (part of Landry's, Inc.) inside the Tower Of Americas in San Antonio, TX is seeking a seasoned General Manager for an excellent career opportunity!!

General Manager Duties: The General Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly and management staff, having a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Must have a hands on/lead by example management style. The General Manager is responsible for budgeting, driving sales and meeting established goals.

Job Requirements
Requires 3+ years of previous General Manager experience in a high volume fine dining/upscale concept.

Good tenure is a must.

Strong leadership skills, the ability to build a team, self-confidence and a hands-on approach are also required.
