The Blue Heron Pines Golf is searching for an experienced General Manager. Blue Heron Pines openedin in 1993 and has quickly been recognized as the best 18-hole course at the Jersey Shore. Proven track record of directing and motivating the management team to achieve and exceed goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can convey the "big picture" and effectively delegate projects, duties and tasks to division heads. Must possess excellent diplomacy and team-building skills. We are searching for a high energy individual who is sales oriented to drive top-line revenues. Candidate must have experience with a golf course and strong F&B background.
