Reservations/Sales Agent

We are currently seeking qualified candidates with experience in phone sales, call center customer service, reservations, or vacation club reservations to take inbound calls selling a National RV Membership Package. Must be aggressive, dependable, and willing to work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and within established performance standards and criteria.

* Ensure integrity of customer records by verifying and accurately entering customer information and completing necessary paperwork.

* Meet all minimum standard sales performance requirements.

* Demonstrate the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.

* Must possess strong communication skills including clear understandable telephone voice and ability to interpret information.

* Willingness to perform outbound calls to current customer base. No cold calling required.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication, sales skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment are required.
• Two years sales experience working in a call center for the travel and vacation leisure industry is preferred.
• Attention to detail and promptness required.
• Must be able to adapt to change easily, be organized, dependable and able to function with limited supervision.
• Available to work full-time; nights and weekends.
