Responsible for arranging guest stays, including selling and up-selling hotel accommodations and services for multiple properties.
Job Tasks:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, while marketing hotel facilities and services for multiple properties. Consistently presents a strong product presentation through the use of descriptive vocabulary.
- Making reservations for guest, based on guidelines provided by the manager.
- Selling and up-selling hotel facilities and services for multiple properties.
- Sending out guest confirmations.
- Posting advance deposits, billing no-shows and cancellation fees.
- Processing incoming mail, faxes, reservation cards and rooming lists accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keeping an organized work area and files in order to quickly access information requests.
- Performing additional clerical tasks which might be required from time to time to ensure the proper work flow of the call center.
- Process all PEPRS reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internally and through corporate reservations center or travel agencies.
- Create and update all new and / or existing PEPRS accounts in multiple databases.
- Communicate with the PEPRS clients in a timely manner and be responsive to their needs.
- Work with the Director of the CRO on special projects.
