The Banquet Captain is responsible for serving guests at the level of service established by Montage standards. Supervise the banquet staff at all stages of a function from set up to breakdown. High school or equivalent education required. Minimum two years prior experience as Banquet Captain required. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
