Residence Inn By Marriott Silicon Valley 1 & 2
Location: US - CA - Sunnyvale
The Residence Inn by Marriott Silicon Valley 1 & 2 (478 rooms combined) is currently seeking a seasoned Salesperson to join our Sales team as an Account Manager to help showcase our Sunnyvale hotels as well as our eight Bay Area hotels.
In this important role, reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work closely with the sales staff to maximize the hotels' overall revenue by conducting outside sales calls, obtaining and managing key business accounts, conducting site tours, telemarketing, and networking at local area business events.
In addition, the qualified candidate we seek will have at least one year of prior hotel sales experience; possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Must be computer and tech savvy.

- At least one year of prior hotel sales experience required.
- Marriott or Residence Inn brand sales experience a PLUS!
- Upscale, Extended Stay or limited service brand experience preferred.
- Highly motivated individual with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be an effective salesperson able to drive revenue by executing a proactive Sales process.
- Knowledge of Sales Force Automation (Delphi, Sales Pro, Goldmine, etc.) a plus!
