We are seeking an energetic, organized and outgoing individual to join the our award winning management team as the Sales Manager for the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples and the adjacent Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Naples. This position will have primary sales responsibilities for these two hotels.

The job duties include but are not limited to:
*Answering, qualifying and selling our hotels' facilities and services to inquiries and sales leads.
*Making proactive sales solicitation calls.
*Generating proposals and contracts for groups, negotiated corporate rates and meeting room clients.
*Maintaining contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
*Conducting hotel tours and site inspections for prospective clients.
*Compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
*Attending community and industry networking events to represent the hotels.
*Documenting sales activities in the SalesPro system.
*Organizing and participating in Sales blitzes.
*Assisting in the development and completion of quarterly and annual sales and marketing plans.
*Other tasks as assigned by the Area General Manager

This position is primarily Monday through Friday during normal business hours, but you must be flexible and available to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours as needed to accommodate client's schedules and attend networking and industry events.

*Hotel is experience is required.
*Previous Front Desk, Reservations or Sales office experience is required to be considered for this position.
*Clear, concise written and oral communication skills.
*Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
*Strong customer service orientation.
*Sales skills
*Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
*Proficient with computers including MS word and MS Excel.
*Ability to learn to use new computer systems and programs.
*Previous experience with using Fosse is preferred.
