Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the efforts of the Restaurant and Bar division to ensure efficiency in systems, meetings, and data distribution to optimize food and beverage operational results
  • Act as go to person for systems used to track performance (Micros, Open Table, Avero, Compeat, Revinate). Assist VP and property teams in getting the most out of the operational systems and data.
  • Improve the Property operational systems, processes and policies -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, and business process and organizational planning.
  • Oversee and analyze guest feedback. Specifically digital and social media (Yelp, Open Table, Zagat’s, etc) analyzation and communication to property to teams.
  • Research and analyze markets and competitive sets
  • Oversee overall Food and Beverage systems reporting.
  • Monitor daily reporting and alert Corporate Director- Restaurants and Bars of highlights concerns and trends.
  • Assist in the development of individual restaurant budgets.
  • Assist in developing restaurant and bar financial information for development projects.
  • Oversee planning and scheduling of weekly, monthly and quarterly food and beverage meetings including marketing, PR, FOH, BOH, In Room Dining, Banquets and Catering departments.
  • Assist and Coordinate with Bi- Annual Restaurant and Bar Summit Conferences.
  • Assist VP with and project management with new restaurant and bar concept development.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Restaurant and Bar Division through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Four year College degree is required
  • Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values
  • Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, sales and marketing, financial processes and analysis.
  • Savvy with Digital Media and online research.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
