The Hilton Old Town is currently seeking a Front Office Manager for our beautiful hotel located in the heart of trendy Old Town Alexandria. This dynamic, detail oriented and energetic person will supervise a Front Office Team that provides exemplary customer service to our hotel guests.  We are looking for a person who can make excellent decisions quickly, offer Hilton Blue Energy service, and be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and controls; someone who will inspire their team, by leading with kindness and accountability, mentoring and discipline, setting a fantastic example for those who look up to him/her.

Great decision making and leadership skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Prior cash handling experience a must

College level reasoning, math and language skills

Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related discipline

Ability to manage according to employment & innkeeper laws of Virginia

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees

Computer literate

Previous OnQ experience a real plus
