Cook

We are looking for a dynamic Cook for our Corporate Food Services group located in our Johnston, RI office.

We are owned and managed by a major worldwide insurance company which allows for a clean and stable work environment.

We are looking for a career minded individual. This position has some supervisory requirements and the ideal candidate should be able to provide kitchen leadership in conjunction with and in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Some of the things that we are looking for include:
* 3-5 years in a high volume professional kitchen
* Ability to properly maintain and operate basic kitchen equipment
(ex- slicers, tilt skillets, steamers, mixers, etc)
* Maintain competency in all areas of food service production
(mass food production, meat and seafood fabrication and
poultry and game)
* Creative and effective team player, possessing a high degree of
professionalism, strong communication skills, ambition, drive and
determination
* Schedule flexibility and ability to work varied hours required
