Western Inns is seeking a General Manager for the beautiful Creekside Inn hotel located in Bishop, California. Bishop Creek literally winds through this amazing property creating a serene oasis; making the Creekside Inn a favorite stop for travelers far and wide.
Creekside Inn is scheduled for renovation this year; we anticipate completion within 3 seasons. The budget for this renovation exceeds $4 Million. Our CEOs vision is to take this already high performing hotel and raise the platform to Four Star Level. The renovation will consist of complete remodel of guest rooms, guest bathrooms, common areas, new meeting space, fitness center, modern kitchen, dining facility, and hotel exterior.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years Hospitality Management experience is required.
- Must be proficient in Managing a staff of up to 30.
- Applicant should foster growth in occupancy, revenues, guest satisfaction, and employee longevity.
- Must be willing to work 40-45 hours per week during our 6 month off season and 50-55 hours per week during our 6 month busy season.
- Experience with WinPM is highly desired
- Applicant should have a passion for hospitality, strong work ethic, and a sincere desire for success.
Job Details:
Relocation expenses will be paid, however Western Inns does not provide Home Sale Services or Home Purchase Services. Qualified applicants who currently reside in the Western United States will be given preference.
Salary will depend upon experience and skill, and ranges from $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Western Inns offers our talent an incentive to strive for success. Those who qualify for bonuses can expect to earn an additional 20-25% of their annual salary.
