Saltgrass Steak House in Cypress, TX is looking for a Front of the House Manager!
Front Manager Duties: The Front of the House Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff and maintaining a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Must exhibit a hands-on, lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling, and meeting or exceeding budgeted labor and other performance expectations.

The Front Manager candidate must have at least 2+ years experience in full service and medium to high-volume restaurant environments. Must have hands-on experience with food inventories and good understanding of all that impacts food cost. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or exceeding budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
