Hilton Santa Clara is a 280 room hotel located in the heart of Silicon Valley, looking for an upbeat professional to join our Front Office Team.
Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of all hotel services and the area. Greets guests with a smile courteously and registers guests into the hotel concierge lounge. Individual will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Concierge Lounge including food and beverage service. Responsible for the proper set up, presentation of food, beverage and necessary supplies, and for the tear down of food and beverage service in the concierge lounge. Replenish food, beverage and supplies as needed. Ensure that food is kept at the proper temperatures. Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfaction. Bus tables as needed. Ensure office supplies are stocked in the Concierge Lounge. Responsible for the cleanliness of the Concierge Lounge.
This position is Part Time, team member will be required to work day different shifts and days (morning and evening shifts), will report to Front Office Management Team and work closely with Food and Beverage Team.

3. Customer Service background.
4. Ability to multi task and handle guest inquiries.
5. Restaurant experience a plus.
6. TIPS Certification required.
7. CA Food Handler's Card required
8. Computer skills required.
