Job Requirements

KMG seeks a qualified manager who will oversee the operation of the Front Office ensuring the highest level of guest services.

Essential Functions of this position are as follows:

* Complete execution of the front office operation.
* Ensuring exceptional guest services.
* Direct the efforts of the front office staff, delegating work in a fair and equitable manner.
* Assist in the training and motivation of the front office staff.
* Resolving guest problems expediently and in a professional manner.
* Complete all daily reports and ensure rooming lists are accurate.
* Microsoft Office experience and ability to problem solve basic problems.

Job Requirements Functions of this position are as follows:

* Possess five to seven years in the hospitality/resort/hotel industry as a FOM or Assistant FOM preferably at 4 or 5 Diamond property.
* Strong leadership ability to manage, develop, and guide front office staff.
* Great communicator.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
* Enjoys a resort environment.
