Membership Director - Raleigh, NC

An exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional at a developing country club! As a member of the Senior Staff, the Membership Director fully embraces the membership culture of Arnold Palmer Golf Management. The Membership Director is responsible for identifying and enrolling new members into the Club, through building effective relationships with Club Members encouraging them to invite their friends and colleagues to join, and by cultivating relationships within the local community to develop candidates for membership. The Membership Director with the General Manager creates and implements the Club’s membership strategies and strives to exceed membership enrollment goals.

* Minimum of 2 years sales experience with a proven track record
* Former high end product or “intangible” product sales a plus
* Private club experience and/or golf knowledge preferred but not required
* High energy, outgoing personality, contagious enthusiasm
* Self starter, ambitious, goal oriented
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven relationship builder
* Professional appearance & demeanor
